We have been rehabbing, flipping, and upgrading houses for over 20 years. We are a small team with a varied background in business, construction, and design. Whitechapel Real Estate was originally founded by me, Tony Hart-Wilden in 1998 when I formed the company in England before relocating it to the United States.

In addition to the UK, Whitechapel Real Estate has successfully renovated numerous properties in the East coast and Midwest, however we recently moved operations to Los Angeles. We continue to flip houses nationally when the opportunity occurs although the focus is now on the Southern California market.

Our strategy has always been to meticulously research the areas we invest in, in order to maximize our profit and turnover and we are always looking to find new markets.

We aim to establish repeat business with both our sellers, contractors, wholesalers and realtors, and we believe the way we conduct business allows us to achieve this goal.
